Candidates should also have excellent in-class communication skills, and should be self-motivated to ensure continuous teaching and learning support. Experience of Academic leadership of TNE programmes is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and maintaining initiatives for faculty development.
∎ Developing, implementing and maintaining faculty ranking and promotion processes.
∎ Assessing and managing faculty staffing for programs.
∎ Leading academic coordination with international partners.
∎ Ensure that the international program curriculum is implemented efficiently.
∎ Ensure academic KPIs/KRAs set by international partners are attained without fail.
∎ Targeting continuous improvement in academic standards of both students and faculty.
∎ Supervise the proposals and creation of new initiatives and programs with the CEO of UCB.
∎ Monitor students' academic progress in coordination with the head of student affairs.
∎ Ensure academic policies are being followed.
∎ Create and maintain the academic calendar, overseeing semestral planning in terms of holidays and academic events, such as exams, experience activities, and other related areas.
∎ Work in alignment with the Head of Enrollment to help advance the enrollment goals.
∎ Develop and maintain ongoing program assessments and implement improvements.
∎ Complete annual reports and all respective reports related to the work profile.
∎ Any other work assigned by the CEO and the Board.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferred background: All qualified candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in academic leadership roles and at least 5 years of experience leading university-level academic programs. Candidates with international university experience and having an international education background will have an added advantage. Qualified candidates will receive a highly competitive compensation package, apart from housing, car, medical coverage and other emoluments as per international standards.
