Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic Computer literacy necessary for Data Entry (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Emailing.)
∎ Typing speed (Both Bangla and English) should be fast and sound.
∎ Maintain a daily PST report.
∎ Should be accurate on data posting.
∎ Able to entry online data posting to the software.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.
∎ Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
∎ Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for Computer entry.
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output.
∎ The selected operator can work in the morning or evening shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ At least 1 years' experience in reputed health care institution or any other institution as a data entry operator.
∎ Candidates should have good English comprehension.
∎ Must be good knowledge in Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word, Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop and Graphic Design.
∎ Flexible for the experienced in the handwritten data entry field.
∎ Typing speed of minimum 20-25 words per minute.
∎ Well Disciplined
∎ Quick Learner
