Job Context:
∎ "The Golden Fibre Trade Center" (GFTCL), a concern of "SIMURA Group", is a government registered company which engaged in trading and exporting various types of jute and jute diversified products. This company was established in 1988. Since then, GFTCL is fully dedicated in developing, promoting and exporting different types of jute, jute goods and jute diversified products. Over the last thirty years, we are exporting Jute/Kenaf fibers to the traditional Jute and textile mills, constructions industries, automotive sector, paper-pulp industries and non-woven industries worldwide.
∎ We are searching for the candidates who will contribute greatly to further business expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
∎ Verifies and logs receipt of data.
∎ Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
∎ Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
∎ Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
∎ Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
∎ Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
∎ Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
∎ Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
∎ Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
∎ Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.)
∎ Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
∎ Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ English should be good enough for Communicate with foreign and local buyers
∎ Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
