Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
∎ Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
∎ Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.
∎ Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information.
∎ Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
∎ Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets & documents as needed.
∎ Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity as per department standards.
∎ Complete additional assigned tasks as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Ability to multitask effectively
∎ Excellent MS Office skills with proven typing speed (English & Bangla)
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
∎ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
