Job Context:
∎ A leading manufacturer and exporter of High Definition Porcelain Tableware from Bangladesh equipped with the most modern and latest machinery, having about 1,800 highly skilled and motivated employees.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Gazipur (Factory)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entering Customer, Vendor, Product and Production Transactional data in SAP Software from source documents of hard copy.
∎ Data collection and entry in the SAP Software provided by different Section/department of Factory within the time limits (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis).
∎ Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for Computer/Data entry in SAP Software.
∎ Ensuring data collection and data entry on time and data quality in SAP Software.
∎ Reviewing data for checking the errors, missing pages, or missing information, correcting any incompatibilities if possible and check the output data in the SAP System.
∎ Performs high-volume data entry using hard copy of document, word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
∎ Verifies integrity of data in SAP Software by comparing it to the source documents.
∎ Maintains a filing system and protects confidential Customer, Vendor and Production information.
∎ Follow up product issue, receive and daily shipment information and update in SAP.
∎ You have to fill up your daily, weekly, and monthly goals for monthly performance.
∎ Required to follow work instructions to execute the day-to-day tasks.
∎ Keep all records in the office for verification and future reference.
∎ Comply with data integrity and security policies.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), ERP and SAP Software.
∎ SAP, HRMS, HRIS, Production Related Software experience will be considered positively.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Computer basic knowledge, Computer Operating, Computer skill, Data Entry Operator (English), Typing, Advance XL
∎ SAP, HRMS, HRIS, Production Related Software experience will be considered positively
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
