Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
Attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to work under supervision.

We are currently looking for an individual for the position of Data Entry Operator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter sales orders and create invoices using Oracle ERP.
- Generate and process delivery orders.
- Cross-check sales orders and invoices for accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer/dealer information and sales documents.
- Prepare daily reports and assist the coordinator with assigned tasks.
- Support the sales admin team with clerical duties.
- Operate office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.).
- Verify and ensure the integrity of data entry tasks.
- Perform regular data backups and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and meet departmental productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
