∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration & Education Consultancy Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Type quickly & faultlessly .
∎ Ability to type in Bangla and English.
∎ Must meet the deadline timely
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger SMS.
∎ Investigating and solving customer's problems.
∎ Handling client complaints or any major incidents.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge about Microsoft excel.
∎ Good computer knowledge

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
