Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Service (BASIS) with the support of Skills for Employee Investment Program (SEIP) is implementing BASIS-SEIP Project. This is a two year long project which needs 13 employees in different levels.
∎ Skill for Employee Investment Program (SEIP) is a project of Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, and Government of Bangladesh.
∎ Address: BDBL Bhaban (3rd Floor - East), 12 Kawran Bazar, Dhaka -1215.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop database plan, strategy and tools
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
∎ Study and obtain further information for incomplete documents and compile/sort information according to requirement
∎ Prepare and maintain the database and keep tracking of the trainees and update the data on regular basis
∎ Apply data program techniques and procedures
∎ Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
∎ Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
∎ Comply with data integrity and security policies
∎ Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
∎ Will be responsible to work in true spirit of team work and preserve personal integrity by respecting the organizational hierarchy of accountability
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Salary: Negotiable
