Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report on activity to senior officer.
∎ Receive, sort and track of all patients data.
∎ Keep an accurate record of patients billing information.
∎ Data entry on all billing charges, supplies and refunds.
∎ Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable.
∎ Responsible for computer billings, recording and due collection.
∎ Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data & payment information.
∎ Communicating with the clinical staff to ensure all appropriate patient services.
∎ Communicating with the indoor billing staffs to ensure all appropriate entry of patient bills.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above. Ready to do any other assignment assigned by the organization management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer operating skill with good typing speed in English.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet the deadline.
∎ Service-oriented, Punctual and Committed to working with greater responsibility.
∎ Candidates must be proactive, dynamic and able to work hard under pressure in an efficient manner.
