∎ Who are we looking for?
∎ We are looking for Dynamic individuals who have the following Qualities:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the business needs and requirements.
∎ Design data models to transform raw data into relevant insights.
∎ Using SSRS/PBIRS/PowerBI to design and develop dashboards and highly parameterized & interactive reports.
∎ Create different types of charts along with the filtered report data.
∎ Develop dynamic visual reports integrated with AD-level authentication.
∎ Analyze data and develop visual reports to aid decision-making.
∎ Analyze and define key performance indicators (KPIs) as per the business needs.
∎ Prepare the technical specifications as per the business requirements and propose the estimated deadline.
∎ Develop, test, and deploy the reports and maintain the version control carefully.
∎ Use tSQL/MDX/DAX queries inside the reports.
∎ SQL queries to retrieve data from different types of RDBMS.
∎ Improve the performance of the existing reports.
∎ Prepare the documentation with explanations of the algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships.
∎ Understand the current ETL process to define and develop a new one.
∎ Regularly communicate with US clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience in data-related tasks.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills using SQL & T-SQL
∎ Strong knowledge in Dashboard & Reporting: SSRS, PBIRS, Power BI Visualization or Tableau, QlikSense or any other renowned BI tools
∎ Standard SQL query performance tuning.
∎ Understand the row-level data security.
∎ Be familiar with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, such as SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX.
∎ Basics of version control system (check-in, check-out, branching, merging etc.), preferably git.
∎ Mastery of data analytics.
∎ Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
∎ Analytical capabilities to relate data to reports and visuals.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ High integrity and intellectuality.
∎ Must be willing to work flexible office hours.
∎ Willing to take ownership and handle workload proactively.
∎ Adhere to teamwork and always represent the team in work and achievement.
∎ Highly Motivated to learn and work with new technologies.
∎ Nice to Have Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of SSRS/PBIRS/Power BI application security layer models
∎ Working knowledge of a large data set
∎ Skills Required: SSRS/PBIRS/PowerBI.
