Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, planning, implementation Qualitative & Quantitative data analysis process
∎ Data collection using primary and secondary source
∎ Authenticate data source by using data verification technique
∎ Data filtering and tabulation, analysis report & content, data models and reporting packages
∎ Ability to analyze large datasets & write comprehensive reports
∎ Data collection planning and supervision from ground level
∎ Data content analysis & validation for processing output
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, proposals, translation and documentation
∎ Communicate with the data processing and charting team of the project
∎ Conducting analyses to identify key differentiators in data processing and make actionable recommendations
∎ Proposing and defining strategic initiatives based on data findings to senior management
∎ Identify and recommend Data collection method and design
∎ Coordinating & monitoring fieldwork, report writing and presentation, Moderation of Focus Group Discussion & Depth Interview and Ethnographic Studies
∎ Data analysis and interpretation, Report writing & documentation for project using SPSS, STATA etc.
∎ Conduct statistical analysis, Survey design, management & field coordination.
∎ Data cleaning & management, analyzing results, data integration, and data interpretation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 3-5 Years experience working in related field
∎ Technical Competencies
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Statistical computer software programs skills
∎ SPSS, STATA, MS Access, SQL, Excel, visual basic & MS office skills
∎ Behavioral Competencies
∎ Planning / Organizing, Participative, Feed back & Follow up Skills
∎ Works flexibly and deals with tasks effectively and efficiently
