∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
∎ Experience Requirements

∎ Collect data from primary sources (e.g., field surveys, interviews, field research) and secondary sources (e.g., databases, publications, online resources).
∎ Analyze large datasets using statistical and analytical tools to derive meaningful insights.
∎ Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to inform decision-making.
∎ Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with the company’s goals.
∎ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the collected data.
∎ Maintain and update databases and ensure data security protocols are followed.
∎ Support compliance-related data collection and reporting requirements.
