Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Working to provide IT and cybersecurity services to ensure safety and security.
∎ 2) Support and contribute to security initiatives as required.
∎ 3) Working with critical cybersecurity solutions like SIEM, PAM, DLP, VAPT Tools, Endpoint, Server Security, Email Security, and other solutions.
∎ 4) Working closely with customers to showcase cybersecurity solutions and services.
∎ 5) Working closely with the customer for installation, deployment, and support services.
∎ 6) Conducting VAPT and other cybersecurity services.
∎ 7) Ensure server backups and other necessary backups.
∎ 8) Ensure regular patch updates and security updates of servers and network accessories.
∎ 9) Ensure PCI compliance by following PCI guidelines to update documents and systems.
∎ 10) Capable of working with Cyberoam/Sophos firewall, Cisco ASA firewall, and Cisco Routers.
∎ 11) Must have good networking skills in Cisco routers, firewalls, and manageable switches.
∎ 12) Operation and Maintenance of LAN, Tally Server, Office365 Email, Veeam Backup and Replication, Windows AD DNS DHCP.
∎ 13) Keep the IT environment virus-free by assigning policies and monitoring in Symantec corporate antivirus.
∎ 14) Must have good knowledge of IT security tools e.g. Nessus, Metasploit, etc.
∎ Strategy & Planning:
∎ 1) Create and maintain the enterprise's security architecture design.
∎ 2) Create, and maintain the enterprise's security awareness training program.
∎ 3) Create and maintain the enterprise's security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures).
∎ 4) Create and maintain the enterprise's Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan, where appropriate.
∎ Acquisition & Deployment:
∎ 1) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
∎ 2) Select and acquire additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security as per the enterprise's existing procurement processes.
∎ 3) Oversee the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of all new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the enterprise's security documents specifically.
∎ Operational Management:
∎ 1) Protects the system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
∎ 2) Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.
∎ 3) Implements security improvements by assessing the current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
∎ 4) Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
∎ 5) Upgrades the system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
∎ 6) Keeps users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.
∎ 7) Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
∎ 8) Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
∎ 9) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Looking for strong cybersecurity professionals with at least 2-3 years of experience.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill is required.
∎ Positive attitude towards professional excellence.
∎ The applicants should have experience in 1 of the following area(s): Active Directory Security, Cyber Security, Endpoint Security, Firewall, IT Security, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Penetration testing, Splunk or similar log analysis tools.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, ISP, IT Enabled Service and Technical Infrastructure.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
