Key Responsibilities
Handle customer support queries (chat, email, WhatsApp)
Respond quickly and professionally to customer issues
Assist with basic technical and WordPress-related queries
Follow up with leads, customers, and lapsed users
Update and maintain CRM systems
Support outreach and re-engagement campaigns
Learn sales processes, follow-up strategies, and conversion techniques
Work closely with the team to improve customer experience
Requirements
Experience in customer support, BPO, call center, or similar roles
Strong communication skills and confidence handling customers
Good English (written and spoken)
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic tools
Reliable, organised, and able to follow process
Willing to learn sales, marketing, and CRM systems
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
