Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support queries (chat, email, WhatsApp)

  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer issues

  • Assist with basic technical and WordPress-related queries

  • Follow up with leads, customers, and lapsed users

  • Update and maintain CRM systems

  • Support outreach and re-engagement campaigns

  • Learn sales processes, follow-up strategies, and conversion techniques

  • Work closely with the team to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, BPO, call center, or similar roles

  • Strong communication skills and confidence handling customers

  • Good English (written and spoken)

  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic tools

  • Reliable, organised, and able to follow process

  • Willing to learn sales, marketing, and CRM systems

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
