  • Knows when to escalate to a supervisor if needed.

Good Computer Knowledge

  • Confident in using email, browsers, spreadsheets, documents, and basic software.
  • Able to handle chat platforms, CRM systems, and customer support tools.

Time Management & Multitasking

  • Can handle multiple client chats at once.
  • Manages tasks effectively without delay.

Learning Mindset

  • Always open to learning new tools, systems, and customer service skills.
  • Willing to accept feedback and grow continuously.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description: Engage with foreign customers via chat.

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts.( 04 PM to 4 AM)
