Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend phone calls of existing clients to solve any issues/queries and make phone calls to potential clients.
∎ Communicate with the customer side regarding all issues (customer questions, inquiries, and complaints)
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements.
∎ Provide a response within the required time frame.
∎ Maintain a record of all booking and accuracy in same.
∎ Cooperate with all departments in providing information to win the Customers’ Heart.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Fluency in English is compulsory
∎ Ability to work in a multicultural, fast paced organization with flexible hours
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical skill
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
