Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and their attendants in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' schedules, appointments, and other facilities.
Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and service-related requests efficiently.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient service.
Handle patient complaints and concerns professionally and report them to the appropriate authority.
Maintain effective communication with patients and their attendants.
Maintain relevant records and prepare reports as required.
Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and service standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
