Responsibilities & Context:
Calling Sales Team পরিচালনা ও মনিটরিং।
CRM ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে লিড ম্যানেজমেন্ট ও কনভার্শন বৃদ্ধি।
নিজে কল করে Sales Generate করা।
টিমকে স্ক্রিপ্ট, ফলোআপ ও কনভার্শন টেকনিক শেখানো।
বিভিন্ন ব্যবসার লিড দ্রুত Sales-এ রূপান্তর করা।
দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক সেলস পারফরম্যান্স ট্র্যাক ও রিপোর্ট করা।
কাস্টমার ইস্যু হ্যান্ডলিং ও ম্যানেজমেন্ট আপডেট।
Roster Duty অনুযায়ী কাজ করতে হবে।
