Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Client service skills, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), MICROSOFT OFFICE, Proactive and Positive attitude
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BPO Industries, call centre executive, Client service skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with clients from the USA Via phone and email to manage daily tasks effectively.
∎ Utilize the available Data Platform System to analyze and verify critical documents.
∎ Thoroughly review documents to identify any missing information, and proactively communicate with clients to obtain the necessary documents and details.
∎ Able to work night shifts only.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1-year experience
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
∎ Excellent English communication skills in both writing & and speaking. Bi-lingual speakers will get an advantage
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
∎ Experience in BPO industries, call center, and telemarketing
∎ Experience in BPO firms, data entry, call center, and IT-enabled service.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply (Only If he/she has an excellent command of the English language).
∎ Presentable and Proactive & Team Player
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 33000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary for the First 2 Months of the Training period would be 10,000 BDT.
After successfully completing the Training period, the salary would be 30,000 BDT.
Selected employees working the night shift will be compensated with an additional 3,000 BDT.
