Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BPO, Call Center Agent, Data Entry Operator (English), IT Enabled services, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with clients from the USA Via phone and email to manage daily tasks effectively.
∎ Utilize the available Data Platform System to analyze and verify critical documents.
∎ Thoroughly review documents to identify any missing information, and proactively communicate with clients to obtain the necessary documents and details.
∎ Able to work night shifts only.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent English communication skills in both writing & and speaking. Native speakers will get an advantage.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply (Only If he/she has an excellent command of the English language).
∎ Presentable and Proactive & Team Player.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary for the First 2 Months of the Training period would be 10,000/- BDT.
After successfully completing the Training period, the salary would be 30,000/- BDT.
Selected employees working the night shift will be compensated with an additional 3,000/- BDT.
