Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO Industries, Call Center Agent, Excellent communication skills in English, Foreign Communication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysts must communicate with the client from the USA over phone and through email to accomplish his daily tasks.
∎ Credentialing Analysts have to verify licenses, certificates, and other critical documents submitted by Health Care Professionals with the Data Platform System. Analysts have to check if there are any required documents missing or not. If there is anything missing, the Analyst needs to make a call over the phone or send an email to the client.
∎ Analysts have to check HP documents and update the recent status for those docs contacting all internal stakeholders via the data platform system, email, phone, etc.
∎ Analysts have to contact (Over the phone/through email) healthcare providers on a priority basis to encourage them to submit their all documents on time and monitor progress so that they can meet the assignment start date on time.
∎ Communicate with 3rd party vendors to determine appropriate dates, times, and locations for HP candidates to complete necessary compliance steps including drug screens, background checks, immunizations, etc.
∎ Collaborate with Contracts Credentialing Analyst to review all incoming new client contracts or contract revisions for Credentialing requirements, for assigned facilities in order to identify unique requirements.
∎ Negotiate with client facilities to reconsider unusual or uncustomary requirements by emphasizing the value and experience of the Quality Services Department with client facilities in order to minimize disruption of placements and optimize fill rate.

∎ Selected candidates have to work the night shift.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ English Communication Skill is a must.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary for the First 2 Months of Training period would be 10,000tk After successfully completing the Training period, the salary would be 30,000tk Selected employees working night shift will be compensated with additional 10% of the basic Salary.
