∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Any field, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Young creative and enthusiastic individuals with Bachelor's or Masters Degree in English, Bangla, Sociology, Media Studies, Journalism or any Social Science Faculty preferred.
∎ Academic priority may be relaxed in case of high-caliber creative activities.
∎ Skills Required: Copy writing/ Script Writing, Creative content writing, Creative Thinking
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Copy writing/ Script Writing, Creative (Creative Director/ Manager), Creative mindset, Excellent verbal communication, Good Organizational skills, Media & Communication
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creative thought is a must for this position
∎ Creative writing such as content development for TVC, Documentary, OVC, Drama,
∎ Idea generation, idea implementation.
∎ Delivering accurate and reliable scripts/contents/concepts for the projects.
∎ Developing new ideas.
∎ Reading scripts and working on its continued development.
∎ Working closely with the Creative team, Editors and Program Department.
∎ Assisting in Editing of Audio-Visual productions.
∎ Attending casting sessions and selecting actors.
∎ Identifying set locations for shooting.
∎ Working with the video editor to make the video creative.
∎ Creative writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Communicating with People from different level or background.
∎ Working outside Dhaka when needed regarding outdoor shooting.
∎ Reporting and interviewing skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Passionate to creativity.
∎ Should have knowledge regarding audio-visual production (shooting editing etc.)
∎ Willingness to conduct field visit in remote areas.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to go outside Dhaka.
∎ Being flexible, analytical and collaborative.
∎ Creative thinking and problem solving.
∎ Strong interpersonal leadership skills.
∎ Ability in multitasking.
∎ Strong Proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bengali and English.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS office (Specially Word and PowerPoint).
∎ Should be up to date in Local and International affairs, Media and Social communications.
∎ Strong ability to typing Bangla
∎ Highly Creative.
