Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and mentor a team of designers, content creators, multimedia specialists, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's growth and development.
∎ Lead a team of creatives in developing innovative concepts that meet our goals and objectives
∎ Develop and execute a creative vision in line with the company's educational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with educational goals and market demands.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end creation process of educational content, including but not limited to graphics, animations, videos, interactive materials, and more. Ensure content is engaging, pedagogically effective, and aligns with educational standards.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity across all content produced by the team. Review and provide constructive feedback to ensure deliverables meet company standards and objectives.
∎ Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, educational technology advancements, and pedagogical methodologies. Implement innovative approaches and best practices to enhance content creation processes.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within the team and across departments. Work closely with others team member including product development, marketing, and educational experts, to ensure content meets educational objectives and market needs.
∎ Regularly assess team performance, set goals, and provide support for individual development. Implement strategies for continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an ed-tech or educational content creation environment.
∎ Strong understanding of educational principles and the ability to translate them into engaging content.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools, design software, and multimedia creation tools.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
