∎ We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to manage our exciting children`s video series called "BUDDIES SHOW." As the Creative Producer, you will oversee the entire production process, including character development, budgeting, content planning, and marketing. Your role will also involve developing merchandise and engaging with our audience on social media. If you have a passion for children`s content and can bring fun and educational ideas to life, we`d love to have you on our team
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Doing all aspects of video production, including casting, script development, shooting, editing, and post-production.
∎ Coordinate with production teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
∎ Develop and refine the characters of "BUDDIES SHOW"
∎ Ensure consistent and engaging character personalities throughout the series.
∎ Create and manage budgets for each phase of the project, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial constraints.
∎ Develop a comprehensive content strategy for "BUDDIES SHOW" that aligns with the entertainment and educational objectives.
∎ Ensuring age-appropriate and valuable content for the targeted children.
∎ Develop a comprehensive content strategy for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to promote the "BUDDIES SHOW" series.
∎ Create a content calendar outlining the posting schedule and ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content.
∎ Developing children's merchandise with "BUDDIES SHOW" characters.
∎ Ensure the proper protection of intellectual property rights related to the "BUDDIES SHOW" characters and content.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
∎ Excellent understanding of character creation processes.
∎ Experience with merchandise development and marketing would be an advantage.
∎ knowledge of copyright laws and IP rights, with previous experience in managing such matters in a business context.
∎ Ability to translate concepts to team members effectively.
∎ Knowledge of child psychology, to better understand and reach the target audience is a bonus.
