Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film & Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Additional certifications or courses in motion graphics, editing, or digital design tools are a plus.
Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and execution skills across multiple media formats. Portfolio must include work completed within the last 6 months.
Candidates from unrelated industries need not apply; only those with relevant creative/advertising/media experience will be considered.
Minimum 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in Advertising Agencies, TV Channels, OTT Platforms, Design Studios, Motion Graphics Houses, Film Production Houses, or Event Firms. (Applicants from unrelated fields are respectfully requested not to apply.)
Strong Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, Poster & Thumbnail Design, and Creative Direction skills.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, InDesign, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, or equivalent tools.
Experience in designing visuals for television dramas, web series, films, and video content is highly preferred.
Experience in client communication, pitch presentation, and creative strategy development.
Strong understanding of brand communication, typography, composition, and color theory.
Must be able to handle full creative workflow independently - from idea to final output.
Sharp time management skills - capable of completing assigned projects on strict daily/weekly deadlines.
Knowledge of digital campaign design, social media trends, and video storytelling.
Excellent leadership, feedback, and coordination abilities with a creative mindset.
Must have an updated portfolio of original works, including posters/thumbnails for video content, series, or films. (without a portfolio, applications will not be considered).
Marketers 360 Degree is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Creative Lead / Senior Visualizer who can both create and command. You will not just guide the creative team-you’ll be the creative powerhouse yourself. From concept to completion, you’ll ideate, design, animate, edit, and ensure every project reflects originality, impact, and brand vision. This position requires a leader with strong execution skills, creative precision, and deadline discipline.
You will directly collaborate with the Business, Digital, and Production teams to transform ideas into high-performing visual campaigns, promotional videos, and brand content that stand out in the market.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the Creative Team (Graphic Designer, 3D/Motion Designer, Content Writer, and Video Editor).
Personally create and deliver top-tier visuals: social media creatives, brand campaigns, motion graphics, and video edits and posters/thumbnails for TV dramas, web series, films, and video content.
Develop unique, trend-driven, and out-of-the-box design ideas that set new standards for creativity.
Maintain consistency in brand communication across all design and motion content.
Oversee all creative work - review, refine, and approve before final submission.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Production teams for smooth campaign execution.
Design visually compelling posters and thumbnails that attract audiences and enhance content engagement.
Manage daily and weekly creative task deadlines with precision and accountability.
Attend client meetings, understand briefs, and present creative concepts confidently.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure every project meets its target timeline.
Contribute to pitch decks, presentations, and new brand identity development.
Continuously explore global design trends, emerging media, and tools to keep creativity fresh.
Monitor performance of creatives (engagement, reach, etc.) and refine approaches accordingly.
Take ownership of both individual and team targets for creative output and quality.
