Responsibilities & Context:
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers/distributors across Bangladesh.
- Ensure consistent repeat orders from existing partners and grow revenue streams.
- Develop on-the-ground farmer awareness/sub-distributorship and market activation campaigns.
- Take ownership of sales targets, territory performance, and country P&L.
- Prospect and close large accounts and key business deals with major distributors and corporate clients.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including account tracking and collections.
- Report directly to Indian and UAE leadership.
