∎ Essity India Private Limited (formerly known as BSN medical Private Limited) is the Medical part of Essity`s business and is a global leader in the worldwide healthcare market specializing in Wound Care & related Vascular diseases, Lymphology and non-invasive Orthopaedic products.
∎ We are looking for a Country Manager to be based in Bangladesh and be responsible for the overall business in the region and drive the Growth strategy. This position will report to India, Sales Head - Exports market.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives that are in alignment with the company strategy and regional growth opportunities.
∎ Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
∎ Plan, approve, monitor, and meet an annual Sales plan and budget.
∎ Promote and support corporate initiatives, plans, policies, by example and through direct action.
∎ Ensure that all representatives activities are in accordance with Code of Conduct Guidelines. Ensure Customer Service and Satisfaction.
∎ Impart Product Application Knowledge to Channel Partners and Influence rs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 - 11 years preferably from Orthopaedics/Surgical background.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Ability to lead and manage a team
∎ Self-Motivated, Result Oriented with a mind set to exceed expectations on consistent basis.
