Responsibilities & Context:
* Receive and reply to emails, messages, and inquiries from clients
* Assist in basic marketing activities (social media posts, simple promotions, follow-ups)
* Provide correct and clear information about Student, Visit, Work Permit, and Migration visa processes (as per training)
* Handle client communication both over phone and face-to-face in a polite and professional manner
* Support senior counselors in client handling and documentation process
* Meet & greet clients and maintain a friendly, helpful environment
* Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and follow-ups
* Assist in preparing documents, filling up application forms, and organizing client files
* Keep records updated (digital & physical files)
* Learn and follow company guidelines for visa processing and client service
