Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide counselling to prospective students face-to-face as well as through other media such as over the phone, WhatsApp, social media, etc.
∎ Inform them about appropriate institutions and programs, tuition fees, scholarships, and the cost of living in different countries.
∎ Provide personalized advice based on the student's profile and educational background.
∎ Guide students through document preparation, application deadlines, and submission requirements.
∎ Inform students about visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation.
∎ Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications and conducting visa interviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
∎ Advise students on financial planning and options for funding their education.
∎ Organize pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for their study abroad experience.
∎ Attend education fairs, workshops, and seminars to network with educational institutions and stay connected with industry developments.
∎ Assist the senior management teams with management reports and special projects.
∎ Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Student Counselor for multi-destinations, particularly for USA, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe. Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they have a passion to learn and work in this sector.
