- Update all the leads status instantly on CRM.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students about courses, universities, and visa procedures.
- Assist students in choosing the right country and educational institution based on their academic background and career goals.
- The candidate must have extensive knowledge regarding the student visa process, writing a Statement of purpose (SOP) and the admission procedure of different foreign universities.
- Attend seminars, workshops, and training sessions as required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Capable to work under pressure
