Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell IELTS courses to prospective candidates by understanding their goals and offering tailored solutions
Assist and guide students through the IELTS registration process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits to convert leads into enrollments
Maintain strong relationships with students and walk-in clients to build trust and encourage referrals
Explain course features, benefits, and timelines clearly to help students make informed decisions
Follow up with potential leads regularly to maximize conversion and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to align messaging and student support
Maintain accurate records of student data, inquiries, and registration status using internal CRM systems
Meet monthly sales targets set by the management and contribute to overall team goals
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam guidelines and course offerings to provide accurate information
