• Provide expert counselling to clients on international education and migration processes, helping them make informed decisions.

• Manage the entire Visa and Immigration Services process, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Review and prepare all legal and non-legal documents related to visa and immigration, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations.

• Assist students in identifying their skills and potential, offering guidance on career decisions that align with their goals.

• Provide detailed information on various educational institutions, including colleges and universities, and advise students on the requirements for admission.

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that students may have during their application process.

• Support the back-end team in completing all visa and immigration-related documentation, ensuring timely submission in accordance with government deadlines.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
