Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular cost analysis of production processes, raw materials, and operational expenses to identify areas of cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
∎ The price of each product of furniture shall be prepared and published for sale
∎ Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, including revenue projections, expenditure forecasts, and capital expenditure plans, while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budgeted targets, identifying and explaining variances and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly cost statements, budget variance reports, and cost-saving initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and analyze inventory costs.
∎ Support the implementation of cost control measures, including monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and working with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives.
∎ Identify areas for process improvement within the factory, collaborating with relevant teams to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and MOQ as per Design.
∎ Prepare rate analysis and unit price of Design (Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP, HVAC,)
∎ • Preparation of Item Specifications.
∎ Must have good knowledge of market price of the different materials needed for the project.
∎ Formulating contingency plans and effectively managing risks that might impact cost and time estimates.
∎ Keeping track of the latest estimating technology and industry-related techniques. Skilled to understand drawing, design etc.
∎ Cost analysis report on monthly basis.
∎ Batch wise product costing.
∎ Cost analysis for export and other cost account related job as per requirement.
∎ Budget variance analysis and reporting.
∎ Monitoring Accounting entries at factory level.
∎ Reporting on monthly production efficiency.
∎ Have good knowledge in Tally & ERP and other accounting software.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
