Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Lumion, V-ray Render, Animation, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).
∎ Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.
∎ High Level knowledge of lighting, shadows and textures.
∎ Ensure deliverable progress, manage assigned scope and requested changes and meet deadlines.
∎ Design 3D models, Exterior/Interior and create animations.
∎ Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.
∎ Product Modeling, Texturing and Rendering.
∎ Create innovative Design, Social Media Animated Banner, and Logo Animation in After Effects.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ The visualizer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Artist, 3D Modeling and Texturing. Expert in V-ray Rendering or others. Motion Graphics (After Effects).
∎ Software Requirements: 3d Software: Autodesk, 3D Max, Lumion, Autodesk Maya and Blender or other 3d Related Software. After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Preferably Substance Painter and Marvelous Designer are a plus.
∎ Excellent time management skills and ability to meet team deadlines.
∎ Attention to detail in all aspects of Modelling, UV Mapping, Texturing and Rendering.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Friendly, helpful, and collaborative in a team-based environment; self-motivated, results-oriented and self-starter.
∎ Awareness of time constraints and time management.
