Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in Business studies preferable Major in Finance/ Accounting.
∎ Qualified/ Partly qualified CMA will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost & Management Accounting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Collection
∎ Collect necessary data from SAP/ ERP system and design in excel to finalize job order costing.
∎ Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
∎ Inventory
∎ Update standard costs in the bill of materials
∎ Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
∎ Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close
∎ Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted cost accounting principles
∎ Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
∎ Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues
∎ Analysis
∎ Report on margins by product lines and customers
∎ Report on periodic variances and their causes
∎ Monthly reconciliation of inventory
∎ Report on breakeven points by product lines and factories
∎ Conduct ongoing process analyses for improvement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in relevant field.
∎ Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
∎ Strategic mindset with ability to think broadly, refine questions and influencing in multiple decisions making.
∎ Willing to travel frequently as and when required.
∎ Having growth mind set to accept changes in technologies, systems and foresee the opportunity of required changes to reduce the risk and improve the development of the process.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English (written & verbal).
∎ Should have excellent command in MS office application especially in Excel, Power point & Word.
∎ Experience in SAP/ ERP will be an added advantage.
