∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ BSc in any discipline with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
∎ MSc will get preference
∎ SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent; Major in Science
∎ GPA requirement for SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent are a minimum 4.00 out of 5.00
∎ Educational Requirement

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing, reviewing and updating the quality oversight program to ensure it is consistent with the organizational objectives.
∎ Ensuring sound implementation of Corporate Quality Management Systems in compliance with regulatory authorities and company standards.
∎ Conduct periodic internal and external audits as per the audit schedule published.
∎ Conduct audit follow-up processes including reports to be presented for management review.
∎ Planning, implementing and preparing audit reports and corrective action reports.
∎ Monitoring of compliance of organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Performing risk assessments on findings raised after an audit and sharing the report with the Head of Corporate Quality.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with line management on all the audit and inspection activities in a way that ensures efficient and effective oversight.
∎ Conducting quality control on manuals and organizational documentation before submission for approval.
∎ Monitoring and following up on the results emanating from the inspections conducted by outstations on their service providers.
∎ Conducting audits against IOSA Standards and recommended practices as defined in the IOSA Standards Manual.
∎ Maintaining audit and inspection database.
∎ Participating in the safety management system and reporting safety hazards and occurrences.
∎ Managing the corporate quality management system of US-Bangla Airlines.
∎ Ensuring the implementation of QMS within the organization.
∎ Ensure all QMS activities are in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standards.
