Job Context:
∎ Job Profile: To lead and grow sales from contracted corporate accounts for Singapore Airlines, the World`s Most Awarded Airline, in Bangladesh.
∎ Grade: Officer
∎ Reporting Structure: The appointee will report directly to Head of Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the growth of specific corporate/agency accounts and acquiring corporate accounts in order to meet country's KPI.
∎ Resposible for meeting corporate pen rate target.
∎ Responsible for growth of station's corporate revenue.
∎ Responsible for meeting High Flyer (SME) revenue target.
∎ Responsible for acquring new coprorates & HighFlyer accounts.
∎ Responsible to update CRM for corporate account in Salesforce (SMT).
∎ Responsible to track corporate account expiry date.
∎ Work with sales planning unit to file corporate fares.
∎ Mainitaining good rapport with corporate travel manager & coporate owners.
∎ Regular sales calls to potential or existing corporates to explore and leverage opportunities.
∎ Monitor industry developments and market intelligence.
∎ Assisting department head on devising strategies in view of growing corporate base/ revenue contribution.
∎ Others (provide back-up for department colleagues during their leave).
∎ Any other duties assisgned by HOD.

∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Proficiency in English ( Reading, writing and speaking)
∎ Believer in hard work, dedication and team work
∎ Excellent skill in MS office (word, intermediate excel, pivot table, power point).
