Job Context:
∎ The Asia Arsenic Network is looking for an eligible candidate for mentioned positions for conducting a 3 years project on "Dissemination and Implementation of NCDs Tackling Model Centering the Vulnerable Community in Khulna District" during March 2023-February 2026.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (as per project agreement)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Staff management at district level,
∎ Planning, Plan-wise controlling, implementation
∎ Coordination among staff and target hospitals for smooth activities
∎ Develop IEC tools and video clip contents through the discussion with UHC and CS office.
∎ Training module development, prepare presentation, providing training and evaluate training effectiveness, reporting
∎ Information collection and analysis & producing reports.
∎ Development report including "Advocacy paper (Recommendations)-What to do to reduce premature deaths"
∎ Coordinate with UNO, Social Welfare and DPHE offices
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience on health relevant activities management
∎ Masters of any degree on health, public health, nutrition will be given priory
∎ Skill on field level activities planning & implementation
∎ Capable develop capacity of staff and stakeholders through developing module and providing training
∎ Good communication skill with govt. agencies will be given priority
∎ Should have skill on English for communication and report writing and providing training
∎ Computer skill and data analysis capacity is necessary
∎ Analyzing various survey data
∎ Should have a valid motorcycle driving license.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
