∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Keep liaison with investors of the company.
∎ • Look after corporate works of MD
∎ • Supervise & co-ordinate office works,Merchandiser works & related all works of MD.
∎ • Conduct all secretarial tasks such as meeting schedule, meeting agenda, minutes prepare, memo writing etc.
∎ • Attend all corporate meeting.
∎ • Maintain the schedules and diary of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meetings are duly updated.
∎ • Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
∎ • Receiving & delivering mail, drafting & replying the letter as per requirement,
∎ • Keep confidentiality to all the issues.
∎ • Perform any other tasks as required by the MD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ • Only females are allowed to apply
∎ • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skill
∎ • Must have computer knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Virtual meeting platforms.
∎ • Conversant in English speaking and writing.
∎ • Must have Problem solving abilities.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
