Job Context:
∎ Job Context: Under the Full guidance of HARD GROUP management.
∎ 100% responsible for smooth operation & implementation of the Under Construction Hospital. Leading to build up and set up new Mother & Child Hospital. This position will be accountable for strategic decisions, policies and procedures and sustainability of Hospital of HARD Group.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall management and administration for new set up of Hospital.
∎ Implement a strategic plan focusing on increasing the outreach of the (Mother & Child) Hospital.
∎ Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of team members and staff relating to workforce planning.
∎ Prepare visit plan of with doctors periodically and or when require.
∎ Modify/refine the new Hospital set up activities as per market demand.
∎ Monitor, support and guide the whole team of work force for Hospital.
∎ Help HR & Admin on recruiting qualified and competent operational employees.
∎ With the help of HR, set-up an effective training calendar to develop Hospital staffs.
∎ Work on staff's job satisfaction and motivating staff through various motivational techniques and mechanisms.
∎ Ensure to all activities as per drawing/plans including supervision of construction work.
∎ Site management, staff management, contractor's management, procurement, reporting, etc.
∎ Maintain and update Detail Implementation Plan (DIP) for all activities.
∎ Overall responsible for all the operational & administrative activities of the hospital.
∎ Dealing with Outdoor and Indoor patients.
∎ Dealing with Consultant & Doctors.
∎ Should have the capacity of supervising the works of Marketing Officers.
∎ Daily reporting to higher Management of developing work.
∎ Ensuring the Administration and Management of the Hospital.
∎ Ensure routine smooth operations related with patients across Hospital.
∎ Consults with Consultants/Doctors and nurses regarding all kind of Clinical activities.
∎ Perform staffing duties, including dealing with under-staffing, refereeing disputes, Firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures.
∎ Vast knowledge about performance appraisal of the staff.
∎ Organize, control and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations and department activities.
∎ Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient visits.
∎ Administer and maintain policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety, environmental control standards.
∎ Attend and contribute at high-level meetings with boards, investors, patients, and families to coordinate schedules, and organize workloads, equipment, and available space.
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Handling patients, referral sources and administrative department inquires.
∎ Liaison and communicate with Govt., Non-Govt. and law enforcing Authorities, Doctors, Etc.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15-20 years' experience in high rise building and hospital construction work
∎ Should have excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Should be efficient in computer operation.
∎ Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
∎ Should have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Engineering degree will be preferable.
∎ Professional Certification: Hospital Management.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Hospital Management.
∎ Skills Required: Hospital Management and leadership skill
