Responsibilities & Context:
The Coordinator will ensure and coordinate patient care and patient management 24/7 by managing and coordinating between all relevant services and staffs.
The Coordinator will ensure all patient related activities are completed on time.
Timely escalation of impending crisis developing in patients, ensuring raising of codes at appropriate times to ensure patient safety.
Ensure all policies/protocol/SOP are maintained during patient care and services.
Coordinator will play the role of Infection control champion in their designated wards and ensure Standard Precautions for all patients as per hospital protocol.
