Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years of working experience in payroll process and staff benefits, preferably in development sector (e.g. INGOs/UN Agencies), including three years in supervisory role. Practical experience on managing a large database, ERP or relevant.
∎ Excellent understanding on Bangladesh Labour Law, particularly in the areas of staff benefit, disciplinary procedure, Income Tax provisions etc.
∎ Advanced knowledge on any software operation related to HRIS.
∎ Excellent understanding on the organization policy and procedure
∎ Sound knowledge about NGO working modality
∎ Excellent skills on managing large database
∎ Excellent analytical skills and ability to do error free calculation
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills. Customer oriented, good attitude and willingness to ensure client support promptly
∎ Ability to facilitate trainings in line with TAX, benefit and other issue that related to the role
