Job Responsibilities:
∎ To promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress.
∎ Engage positively in the school Appraisal process and performance management arrangements.
∎ Identify ways students can achieve ‘Mastery’ and support teachers in delivering this.
∎ Build strong relationships with parents and assist in the coordination and delivery of parent curriculum meetings and/or workshops as appropriate.
∎ To establish a Creative Partnerships program plan on an annual basis, linked to the Creative School Development Framework.
∎ Assist principal in establishing and maintaining a vibrant and thriving school.
∎ To set a model of excellence in classroom practice.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge of effective classroom management.
∎ Excellent knowledge in computer use with MS Office.
∎ Knowledge of English spoken will be given preference.
