Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inform on a daily basis the Chef on all relevant information on operational and personal matters
∎ Check all food items for the restaurant are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards
∎ Prepare on daily basis food requisitions as assigned
∎ Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance
∎ Ensures freshness and suitability of products used by the section and proper storage system
∎ Maintain Hygiene and HACCP
∎ Perform duties common to position and other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
