Experience:
Master’s degree from a recognized university (minimum Second Class or CGPA equivalent).
At least 10 years of experience in administration role.
At least 5 years in a senior examination leadership role, such as Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent position.
Deep understanding of university examination systems, academic governance, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong experience with academic ERP/digital examination systems is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead large administrative teams in a structured academic environment.

In alignment with this strategic launch, the University is seeking a highly accomplished, visionary academic administrator to serve as Controller of Examinations. This position is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving the University’s entire examination ecosystem, ensuring global-standard academic integrity, transparency, and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing the University’s examination framework, policies, and regulations.
Ensure end-to-end governance of all examination processes, including scheduling, conduct, evaluation, moderation, and result publication.
Safeguard academic integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory authorities (including UGC requirements).
Lead the development and execution of digital examination management systems and academic record automation.
Supervise examination operations, academic records, transcripts, certificates, and grading systems.
Coordinate closely with faculties, departments, and academic committees for seamless exam execution.
Manage examination office teams with strong performance standards and accountability.
Ensure timely publication of results with zero-error tolerance and high operational efficiency.
Handle escalations, grievances, and academic audit requirements with professionalism and authority.
Contribute to institutional policy formulation as a member of senior academic governance.
