∎ •FCA/FCMA qualified with Masters/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 15 years’ experience in any 100% export-oriented textile industry (Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing Printing & Processing, Garments, etc).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ •To guide the Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ •Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ •Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ •Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ •Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
∎ •Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ •Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ •Compares previous year’s budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ •Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ •Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
∎ •Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ •Prepare financial statements.
