Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Curriculum/ Program Development, Documentation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, and process documentation
∎ Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
∎ Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
∎ Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
∎ Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
∎ Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target customers
∎ Write and edit operational procedures and manuals
∎ Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
∎ Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in content writing
∎ Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
∎ Excellent written skills in English
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
