• Knowledge of social media video formats, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics.

• Ability to shoot professional-quality videos with proper lighting, framing, and audio.

• Basic graphic design skills will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

HireAxies is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Video Content Creator who will be responsible for producing engaging short-form videos and digital campaigns to market our overseas recruitment services. The goal is to attract qualified candidates and fill client requirements through impactful social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn) to promote overseas job opportunities.

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content highlighting candidate stories, job circulars, and HireAxies services.

• Collaborate with recruitment & HR team to understand hiring needs and make targeted video campaigns.

• Manage HireAxies’ social media presence, ensuring consistent posting and audience engagement.

• Research trends in video marketing to attract and engage potential candidates.

• Track performance of video campaigns (views, leads, candidate applications) and optimize for better results.

• Maintain brand identity and ensure videos are clear, professional, and appealing.

👉 Basically this role is content creator + social media video marketer to directly fill candidate pipelines.
