Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Microbiology/Virology or related field of study.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five (5) years of practical experience in a vaccine laboratory or in a Microbiology laboratory of any leading pharmaceutical/vaccine company.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of medicine regulatory systems strengthening.
∎ Working knowledge and understanding of regulatory systems strengthening in Bangladesh with an emphasis on Quality Assurance/Quality Control of medical and vaccine products.
∎ Highly desirable: Working Experience with immunization programs and knowledge in the area of pharmaceuticals.
∎ Skills: Logical and analytical capabilities and comfort with handling data; very strong communication skills including the ability to write in English clearly and concisely; ability to work effectively across a broad range of stakeholders and administrative levels; project management.
∎ Willing: Handle multiple tasks and be flexible to respond to changing needs and travel.
