∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for smart and energetic persons to join our business development team and promote our OTA.
∎ Contract duration: 24 months to 36 months.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customize in-bond/ out-bond leisure tour Packages, Hotel Bookings, Tickets, and may be able to provide other such similar services through both direct and indirect communication to clients.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
∎ Maintain communication with clients regularly and get their feedbacks
∎ Maintain all online/ offline marketing communications on social media(Face Book/ Tweeter/ Instagram, email, website etc
∎ Monitor, supervise & execute travel plans outside and inside the country
∎ Dealing with customers' queries and complaints about ticketing.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Achieve monthly/ annual sales report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years experience in a reputed travel agency as travel and tour consultant.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Hajj-Umrah, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Tour Package, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization.
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
